Refund policy

Returns Policy

Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not offer refunds on opened or used products, and we do not offer exchanges online. 

A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. We recommend using a tracked service, as all transport risk is borne by the sender.
